UL shielded cables are shielded cables that meet the safety standards of Underwriters Laboratories (UL). They utilize metal braids or aluminum foil to block electromagnetic interference and protect the stable transmission of internal signals.
主要結構與特性
- 導體：使用裸銅或鍍錫銅。導體負責通電。
- 隔離層：採用鋁箔麥拉或銅編織網，能有效減少雜訊與電磁干擾。
- 外被：多數為 PVC 材質，部分耐高溫或特殊環境會使用鐵氟龍（FEP）等材質。
- Main Structure and Characteristics: Conductor: Bare copper or tin-plated copper is used. The conductor is responsible for carrying current. Insulation Layer: Aluminum foil Mylar or copper braided mesh is used to effectively reduce noise and electromagnetic interference. Outer Sheath: Mostly made of PVC material, some high-temperature resistant or special environment materials such as Teflon (FEP) are used.
